Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We currently ship to most countries within the European Union.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment status in real time. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 business days, feel free to contact us.

We work with trusted logistics partners such as PostNord, DHL, and local courier services to ensure your package arrives on time and in perfect condition.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship outside the EU. If your location is not listed during checkout, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect address input. If you made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible – we will do our best to help.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.
